The Program is designed to assist principals in their first two years to develop, leadership capabilities in their new roles. The program provides support, mentoring and networking opportunities with other new principals, with whom you can share experiences and find solutions to the issues you confront. The program runs over two years, with four workshops per year and is limited to 15 new principals in their first two years of principalship within the independent sector. Participants can access email and telephone support from the course facilitators and executive coaching.
