International Study Tour

We are thrilled that you are joining us for the 2025 ISQ International Study Tour.

The purpose of the tour is to provide a high-quality international experience for executive leaders of education systems or networks sharing a common interest in advancing strategic alignment and synergy between multiple schools and campuses and their central body/host school.

The objectives of the tour are:

  • to gain insights into the structures and processes used by successful multi-school organisations (particularly MATs) addressing challenges in school improvement, resource allocation, governance, and leadership
  • to learn about how multi-school organisations balance autonomy and consistency in curriculum, compliance and operations across their networks
  • to compare and contrast UK-specific multi-school organisation principles and practices to elevate the operations and outcomes of Queensland independent school systems and networks
  • to foster deep peer-to-peer learning and networking among Queensland school system/network leaders to share common challenges, best practices and insights.
